  • Our journey begins with a personalized consultation where we dive into what you’re truly looking for—because no two sessions (or stories) are alike. This is where I get to learn about you, your style, and your vision. Whether it's a cozy in-home family session or having fun running through a field, I’ll tailor every detail to fit your personality and purpose. There’s no template here—just a custom experience designed to reflect exactly who you are and what you love. I love a phone chat, but if email or text is more your speed, that is ok with me.

  • After our consultation, we move into the planning phase—where your vision starts to take shape. I’ll scout the perfect location that complements your style and story. We’ll go over outfit ideas, color palettes, and overall aesthetic, and if you’d like, you’ll have access to my curated client closet filled with beautiful, session-ready pieces. From styling tips to location logistics, I’m here to guide you every step of the way so you feel fully prepared—and excited—for your session day.

  • Now it’s time to bring everything we’ve planned to life. On session day, I create a calm, enjoyable experience where you and your family can feel comfortable and connected. I’ll gently guide you through natural posing and prompts, allowing space for real moments and genuine connection to unfold. Whether it's soft snuggles, playful giggles, or quiet in-between glances—I’m there to capture it all with an artful, elevated touch. Just be present with your loved ones—I’ll take care of the rest.

  • Booking your session is simple! Start by filling out the contact form on my website. From there, I will reach out to chat about your vision, session details, and how I can best serve your family. Once we’ve chosen a date and customized your experience, a retainer will officially reserve your spot. It’s easy, personalized, and tailored just for you.

  • Expect to have fun! No, really, we have a great time. I expect you to bring your smiles and be ready to laugh. I sometimes have an assistant to help with your shoot, and I love to take behind-the-scenes videos. Whether or not you are ok with those sorts of things is all discussed in our initial chat.

  • After your shoot is over, you'll immediately be sad that it’s over. J/K… Maybe a little though :) It takes me about a week to get you some previews (if you want them), and about two weeks for your final gallery. Why does it take so long? Well, I retouch every image by hand one by one. I ensure that items like cars and signs are removed from the backgrounds of your pictures. There could be 20 other people at the location with us, and my goal is to make it appear as though we were the only ones there. It takes time, and I am very meticulous about it.

  • Weather is a child with special needs, or an older family member with limited mobility I do my very best to accommodate where I can. If that means a little more patience for your special kiddos, or editing out cars in a parking lot because that’s as far an great grandma can make it. I promise to do whatever is in my power to make all your family members a part of your photos.
